Deidre Knight Book Signing Event -- Mingle. Drink. Read.

If you are located in the Atlanta or Athens, Ga. area, we hope you'll find room on your weekend calendar to join Deidre for a RED DEMON book signing in Madison. The event will take place at local indie bookseller, Dog Ear Books, who recently moved into one of the historic homes along Madison's main street. If you've never been to Madison -- it's one of those small southern towns with grand houses and an adorable town square. There will be wine and light refreshments, as well as excellent company. Red Demon and Red Blooded (and all those other reds) Explained

Deidre's Gods of Midnight series boasts three books and one digital novella beginning with the word "red." That can get a little confusing when you're trying to sort out what book comes in what order, so I'm hear to keep you from seeing red. Hopefully you'll just read RED. ;-) Let's start with the latest installment...

Book Three -- RED DEMON was released on June 1st to much fanfare (see fireworks below and think BIGGER)! This book focuses on Aristos, a troubled Spartan who's been holding the pain of loosing the love of his life in an apparent suicide more than a century ago. A seemingly impossible message from the otherside brings news from his true love, Juliana Tiades. Together they must figure out how to outwit an dangerous force that threatens to destroy their union once and for all.

*Intermission* (aka the digital only novella RED BLOODED) - Released in May, this novella's unique hero is a blinded Iraq vet turned vampire hunter. It's available from Sony, BN.com, and will shortly be on Kindle and Borders.com. This steamy novella is meant as a bonus read for fans to enjoy alongside RED DEMON's release. To be clear, it's a stand-alone story and does not have to be read before partaking in RED DEMON, but what could be wrong with adding a little more Gods of Midnight to your life? Absolutely nothing. ;-)

Book Two - RED FIRE debut in June 2009. It chronicled the journey of tourtured hero River Kassandros and his lady love Emma Lowery.

Book One - RED KISS, released in October of 2008, featured Ajax Petrakos and his prophesied mate, Shay Angel.

Deidre and Gena are co-hosting a Steampunk Tea Party to celebrate Deidre's latest Gods of Midnight release, RED DEMON. So grab your petticoats and get over there!
